Transaction Security

To protect your security, the MiningNexus server is equipped with state-of-the-art firewall and antivirus technologies that are regularly updated.

MiningNexus employs a 1024-bit security certificate for secure credit card transactions. Your credit card details are used for the transaction only. For tracking and correspondence purposes, MiningNexus retains a truncated version of your credit card number that comprises the first four and last three digits.

When making any online transaction, you should consider the security of your own machine and ensure that your computer is not infected with a virus or other form of malware, such as key-loggers, that can be used to obtain your credit card details without your knowledge.

Refund Policy

MiningNexus Pty Ltd abides by the laws of Australia and the regulations of the Australian Office of Fair Trading.

We do not normally give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

• are faulty
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
• do not do what they are supposed to.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and for taxation purposes.
